Yogurt contains milk: Some people are quite sensitive to milk products - and as much as I like yogurt, you might want to try stopping consumption of that and seeing how your symptoms are...If your symptoms improve, then you might want to try Lactaid or something like that to help you digest the lactose in milk. You could make your own yogurt with soy milk if you want the benefit of those 'probiotics'...capsules also OK
