Every morning i have a painful stomach ache that wakes me up to go use the restroom and i poop black liquid, what could be wrong?

Go in now for eval.: Black liquid feces is not normal. In the setting of significant abdominal distress, this needs to be evaluated. Could be bleeding somewhere in the gastrointestinal tract. There are also other potential reasons, but this should be evaluated on a prompt basis.
