A book maybe?: I often recommend the book: the relaxation response by benson. It teaches one how to practice doing relaxation exercises, which over time, can greatly help a person to feel better, often much better. Another idea is something called transendental meditation. Good luck.

Physical & mental tx: Exercise, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and cognitive therapy can all be useful. Also, limiting caffeine and alcohol, and getting adequate sleep helps your body cope.
