I take 50mg of atenolol been on in 10 months. i notice its giving me anxiety and depression. more so now than at first. what's an alternative to this?

Atenolol can cause: depression. Atenolol is a beta-blocker, used to treat high blood pressure or rapid heart rate. Beta-blockers can cause fatigue and depression. There are many other medications available to treat high blood pressure.
