A member asked:

If my right arm and hand from the elbow down are tingling, is this probably a sign of poor blood circulation?

Cubital tunnel: A more common cause of the described symptoms is compression of the ulnar nerve behind the elbow. Tingling from ulnar nerve goes into the small and ring finger. Try wearing an elbow pad with the pad rotated around to the front of the elbow at night. This keeps the elbow from bending, thereby keeping pressure off the nerve. If symptoms persist, consult with an upper extremity surgeon. Emg helpful.

No: Numbness is usually due to a nerve problem rather than circulation. You should be checked for carpal tunnel syndrome and a cervical disk.
