R/O HEMATOMA VS DVT: Seek prompt attention at the ER you need to rule out a hematoma or blood collection vs a blood clot near the site where the blood was collected. It is an unusual complication but an ultrasound needs to be performed And treatment started.

Arm pain: You need to seek immediate attention to rule out a vascular cause. If all your testing is normal - then you probably have developed CRPS which needs to be treated by an experienced pain doctor.
