Occasionally, motions involving weight bearing on your bent forearm (such as pushups, or facilitated standing/moving) can cause the ulnar nerve to slide over the epicondyle of the elbow resulting in a small snap and or tingling sensation. This is worrisome only if it happens multiple times. Try to avoid these motions and let the area heal for at least 6 months.
