How is ischemic heart disease diagnosed?

Isch heart disease: With a proper history, physical exam, and diagnostic testing that would likely include an ekg. Additional testing might include a stress test, non-invasive coronary artery imaging (like with ct scan or mri), or invasive coronary imaging (cardiac catheterization). A lipid panel would also play a role in assessing and reducing risk of ischemic heart disease.
