Bio

Completed residencies in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology at Mayo Clinic. I was director of the Interventional Cardiology Training Program at Mayo until 2003 when I left academics for private practice in St. Louis. I am married with four children and am an avid cyclist.
