Depends on severity: As well as comorbidities. Can be anywhere from zero to 100%, based on American Heart Association/NY Heart Association Functional capacity classification per current regulations. You'll need a Bruce protocol, Sestamibi or other stress test, ECGs, and cardiologist opinion, as well as operative notes for caths, stenting +/- CABG. Documentation is critical.

Depends on severity: VA Compensation for any disability has to be 1st deemed 'Service connected(SC). Once established as SC, veterans are eligible for compensation, which is based on severity. Chest xrays, electrocardiogram , echocardiogram are a few of the main tests that determine severity of the heart disease. The results of the testing determine what the compensation is. Heart attacks obviously rate high.
