Could a side effect of an eczema lotion be swollen and pink eyes?

ALLERGIC CONJUNCTIVI: If you are allergic to the eczema lotion, itchy rashes will develop you call it contact dermatitis. Itchy and swollen pink eyes can be allergic in origin but not necessarily from the lotion.
