Time to see your Doc: If this is "just" your eczema, it sounds like it is not responding to current Rx, and you may require more intensive Rx (such as systemic (oral or injected) steroids, if you are already maxing out on topical steroids). However, I fear this may be more than just the eczema, such as a secondary infection, requiring additional therapy. In either case, you should see your primary or skin doctor.
