See below: There is a bacteria, h flu, which can cause pink eye and an ear infection, at the same time. Your eczema, is not related to the other two. You need to be evaluated.

Possible: Earaches and conjunctival inflammation can occur together caused by the same virus. Eczema is usually a separate issue but it may lower your threshold to get infected. You should start with your ophthalmologist and see what remedies are available.
