IBS: Possible malabsorption. What's your calcium? High calcium with low phosphorus is a sign of low parathyroid hormone. Celiac disease often causes osteopenia and "ibs" symptoms.

How low?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you have not lost weight and are not anemia, malabsorption is unlikely.
