Yes !: You need to follow up with a neurologist. The "white spots" on brain MRI could certainly be white matter lesions of ms but imaging is non-specific. The MRI findings need to be described in detail as there are certain location of these white spots that are characteristic of ms. Mri also needs to be correlated with thorough history & neurologic exam.
