Think about T K R: It sound to me you have disabling condition, sever pain clear diagnosis, i would suggest to see orthopedic surgeon how could arthroscopy and clean of the joints and see if this procedure could relief most of your pain , if that the case , that will give some time tell you will you have total knee replacement in the future.

Conservative/surgica: Options include meds, arthritis creams, pt, weight loss, bracing, injections of steroids or hyaluronic acids, total knee replacement. Scope will do nothing to improve arthritis.
