I got x rays shows i have osteoarthritis in both my knees i'm taking meloxicam , tylenol (acetaminophen) and vicodin just to get threw work how bad is that for me?

Not good: It is dangerous to rely on narcotics such as vicodin to relieve knee pain. The potential for addiction is significant. Have injectable lubricants been tried? Have nsaids other then Meloxicam been tried? See a rheumatologist if you have not done so already.
