A member asked:

Is it ok to drink milk while taking xenical?

Yes: Drinking a milk low in fat (like skim milk) should not cause problems with the GI side effects while using xenical. The fat containing milks like 1%, 2% or whole milk will increase the risk of bloating, gas, and diarrhea.

Skim is: If you drink whole milk you will see why it is no good with the xenical when you have your greasy bowel movement.
