Sure.: You likely won't get as much benefit from it as your newborn or baby would (i.e. Protective antibodies), but assuming you share other bodily fluids - one more is just fine!

Natural curiosity: Many a movie or television show that jokes about drinking breastmilk. No problem to try it, but please leave it for your infant. As parents, we always want what's best for our children. The best thing to do with breast milk is to give it to your baby. The benefits are too numerous to list, but trust we medical professionals to show you the right thing to do - breast milk is best left for baby.
