I've had a strong positive ana test result. all the various antibody tests are negative.. symptoms are, joinfpain fatigue hive episode, fevers, etc. ?

Close but not there: Doesn't sound like you have a rheumatologic illness yet. You may develop one. If your ANA was positive at greater than 1:640 you should be monitored every six months for progression of symptoms if not you should be monitored less often.
