See a rheumatologist: With a positive ANA and the symptoms you describe, systemic lupus needs to be ruled out.

Rheumatologsit: Your symptoms are non-specific but are certainly suggestive of lupus (sle). While many people with a positive ANA turn out not to have lupus, your clearly need to be evaluated by a rheumatologist. Ask your pcp for a referral or obtain a list of local rheumatologsits from the american college of rheumatology at rheumatology, org.
