A member asked:

I have a positive ana test plus a positive ssb antibody. also a high gran% and low lymph%. lots of fatigue and joint pain. can you diagnose?

Specializes in Pediatrics

Nonspecific: The diagnosis is that there are positive antibodies. This is not a useful diagnosis. Fatigue, joint pain and some white blood cell changes are not specific for a disease and could occur in the absence of any autoimmune disease. See your doctor and explore any other symptoms that are of concern.
