Irritable bowel synd: Irritable bowel syndrome can cause symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating. Usually the pain is not isolated to one specific area but is more diffuse in nature. That being said, some people have symptoms in the same region. A careful examination is the only way to determine the difference. See your dr. If the pain is getting worse.

Depends: Spastic coon or ibs or diagnoses of exclusion. Other pathology should be ruled out. See your doctor.

Yes and I feel for U: Many infectious problems can cause such symptoms. Most common would be a urinary tract infection or kidney stone. Often this will come with burning during urination. Ovarian cyst rupture or pelvic inflammatory disease can also cause these symptoms. Appendicitis and diverticulitis are in the mix, as well. Yes, and ibs is plausible as well. If it worsens or persists check with your doctor!
