Completely healed : Smoking of all types increases complications until extraction site is fully healed. The sucking of the smoke can pull out the blood clot giving pain and bleeding. The heat from the smoke can dissolve the blood clot with same problems. One never knows what all of the chemicals are in "hooka" smoke which can affect healing as well.
