No such thing: There' son such thing as safe smoking, whether "lightly" or not. Smoking will delay healing, may disturb the clots leading to bone infection, irritate and dry your tissues, cause skin aging, mouth/throat/lung/lip/airway cancer, gum disease, kidney/ liver damage, etc. you're 4 days into quitting. Make it 5, then 6, etc.

Wait 72 hours: Ideally, cut down or stop smoking as soon as possible after the day of surgery. Smoking is enormously harmful to your health. Ask your doctor for help.

Not safe: Your risk for getting a dry socket from your extraction is past but it is never safe to smoke.

Ok: You have not smoked for several days and did well. Why not continue to be smoke free. Your health will be better if you d not smoke. Your healing should have progressed to the point where smoking will not cause any major healing problems but think about staying smoke free.
