Not Exercise: Exercise is not known to cause pelvic pain. In fact exercise may improve pelvic pain in many women. Now if you have scar tissue, endometriosis or fibroids, exercise could aggravate the pain in some women but that is from the underlying problem itself. Endometriosis is a chronic condition that often requires a reproductive endocrinologist to help you manage or even diagnose.

Both ?: Pelvic muscle spasm can be aggravated and cause pain with exercise. However, chronic inflammation from endometriosis can cause muscular spastic pain.
