can anyone help me with a diagnosis to get referral to talk to psychiatrist?

Dr. Pamela Pappas
41 years experience Psychiatry
Many resources: Usually the process is to get a referral before a diagnosis -- because the psychiatrist makes the diagnosis during an interview with you. It may require more than one session. You can check your local psychiatric society for possible names, and also online searches can be fruitful these days. Contact office to see about insurance, appointment availability, ways of working, etc.
