Its regarding my feet, the area where the heal slopes into the rest of mt foot feels bruised and it feels like the tendon pulls tight if I don't walk for a while. Getting up in the morning is incredibly uncomfortable.
The tendon under my foot keeps cramping up. Feels like im walking barefoot on pebble stones. My calf also very tight.
For the last couple of months my Achilles tendon is sore and tender to touch but only in a specific spot right above where it meets the heel. Bottom of foot feels tight too. Could this just be a minor tendinitis?
