Is swimming 3-5 times a week for 30 mintues enough to benefit my cardiovascular health?

The more the better: Current recommendation for physical activity states that everybody should exercise 30 minutes daily, 5 times a week or a total of 150 min weekly. The intensity should be moderate. Swimming is a wonderful exercise to improve cardiovascular health.
