Preventive Meds: If your headaches are frequent (more than once or twice a wee) you need to consider being on a preventive medication. Although the headaches may not be completely eliminated, they should go down in intensity and how often you have them. You need to see a doct who is interested in treating and preventing headaches. This could be a family doctor or internist, pain specialist or a neurologist.

Unclear question: Taking iron supplement should increase your ferritin level. If you are not deficient in B12, injection of the vitamin is unlikely to be of use. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
