Sure..: You can take them but i think it is unlikely to benefit you unless you have low vitamin level or low iron saturation which you have not listed. In diabetics, anemia could be due to (anemia of chronic disease), which has no treatment except treating the underlying cause. After all, you hemoglobin level is not a source for worry at this point.

Your Hb is not bad: Your hb is nearly normal. If you eat a regular healthy diet with ample green veggies and salads, you would not need to take any supplements.
