Meat, liver.: Red meat and liver have the most absorbable animal iron. As liver is rich in toxins as well, i would probably avoid it in pregnancy, so stick to red meat and accompany it with orange juice or vitamin c to increase absorption even further.

Iron supplement: You would be better served by taking oral iron and multivitamin supplement rather than relying on food alone.
