My blood iron levels show 125, and my test showed normal ranges are 37-145. my uibc showed 204 value. normal levels on test said: 40-190. shall i be concerned? will continuing to eat iron rich foods be safe? will food increase to dangerous levels?

The higher the UIBC the higher possibility of iron deficiency so a result of UIBC higher than normal high limit means that you should continue to eat foods with high iron content. Two lab results for iron overload (toxicity) are high iron saturation and high ferritin levels. You likely have had iron deficiency so your doctor only checked iron and UIBC. Take care.
