Why do i always feel dizzy and lightheaded. i drink lots of water and eat good foods. could it be something to do with my iron levels?

May be Anemia: There are so many reason people get dizzy but one of the most common reasons in young female is anemia may be due to menstrual blood loss and lack of adequate iron in in diet which causes anemia. Anemia causes weak, lightheaded and some time dizzy. You may want to check your hemoglobin level.
