Urinary tract infec?: Citrobacter is a "coliform" bacteria that is often normally present in the intestines -- the same group of bacteria that includes E. coli. Like E. coli, Citrobacter is an occasional cause of urinary tract infection, mostly in women. It could be an occasional cause of prostatitis in men. I'm guessing you had a positive urine test; it should be easily treated. Discuss with your doctor. Good luck!
