See below: Carpal tunnel syndrome which is a compression of the median nerve in the wrist could cause these symptoms. Sometimes overuse of the tendons and muscles of the forearm and hand can cause these symptoms. Occasionally a neurological condition called writers cramp dystonia may also cause these symptoms as well. See a physiatrist or neurologist.
