Yes: Eating bread made with white flour with refined sugar added would be considered highly fattening. Avoid whenever possible. Choose sprouted bread instead like ezekiel bread found in most supermarket freezers. Eat fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, whole grains, and wild salmon.
