Dr. Lee Perry answered

Sometimes: The allergic nature of some foods is altered with cooking the food. Examples include eggs, and raw fruits/veggies. When you cook egg, the allergen changes its shape and is often tolerated by patients who are unable to eat foods with raw egg whites included.
