Is clairitin a safe drug to take? i've taken it numerous times before i have med anxiety(obv) is there any chance of a allergic reaction 2 the drug?

Safe: Claritin/loratidine is a very safe medicine to take. It is used in children. It would be very unlikely to have an allergic reaction to claritin (loratadine).

Unlikely: Claritin (loratadine) is an over the counter antihistamine that does not cross the blood brain barrier and in therefore non-sedating. It is unlikely that you would develop an allergic reaction to a drug that is specific to treat allergy.
