Implants: The best option would be to have implants done as long as there is enough space. Another option would be bridges, but you would have to have the teeth adjacent to the spaces shaved down in order to have a bridge made. Implants are easier to maintain, and would be the better treatment option.

Location: It depends on the location and weather the deciduous teeth remained in place. If the teeth were never lost they can stay there forever with good horcare. Depending on timing if being list orthotics or implants can be used to correct alignment.
