Post-op care: Proper oral hygiene and nutrition after oral surgery is extremely important. Avoid foods that require strenuous chewing. Liquids and soft foods cause less pain and minimize the chance of damage to tender areas. Please take plenty of fluids. After 7 days slowly get back to normal balanced diet. Take care.

Post-extraction: Soft high-protein diet. Avoid foods that are spicy, chewy, hard too hot or too cold. Proteins are the building blocks your body needs to repair, so consider pudding, ice cream, milk shake, tuna salad, egg salad/scrambled eggs/etc, soups.
