A UTI. : We usually do not use the phrase small bladder infection. This might mean an "uncomplicated bladder infection" which is usually an easily treatable bacterial infection of the bladder, or UTI (urinary tract infection), that has not become more complicated to involve the kidneys. 'small bladder infection' likely does not refer to the size of the bladder.
