Not likely: A better question is do you have symptoms suggestive of UTI and why was the test done to begin with? Trace leukocytes may have come from the surface of the labia or the vagina, depending upon how the urine was collected.

Possibly: Urine dipsticks and microscopic urinalysis can suggest uti, but the definitive test is a urine culture, which can take 36-72 hours to come back. If you are having symptoms, such as burning urination, frequency, urgency, or urine discoloration, i suggest you see your doctor to have a culture performed. It is not wrong to take antibiotics while you wait for the results if your doctor prescribes it.
