Physio exercise for broken ankle- what is best?

None: I would not exercise until the ankle is healed. After healing i suggest using a band to extend and flex the ankle. Walking on a flat surface is also helpful.

Listen to your doc: If you broke your ankle you are likely under the care of a doctor, hence you must follow their directions.
