No!: You should always precisely follow the directions on any antibiotic or any prescribed medicine. Your doctor knows best how to treat your illnesses. You are paying your doctor lots and lots of money for his/her expertise. Please follow instructions. I'm glad you're feeling better. In fact you probably are feeling much better now. Can you be sure you are 100% better? I don't think so!

Think about it: Strep throat can "feel" better without treatment, or with partial treatment . However, if you do not complete your meds, your risk of rheumatic heart disease is the same as with no treatment & you remain a carrier, passing the germs on to others. The answer should be obvious.
