Penicillin: Penicillin or Penicillin related first line. A quinolone may be used if allergic to Penicillin. Clindamycin is used for recurrent Strep throat.

Penicillin is used: For strep throat infection penicillin is the drug of choice ,but if you are allergic to penicillin then to use other antibiotic like erythromycin . Discuss with your doctor

Depends: If the patient is not allergic, any of the penicillin products are safe and effective. In kids I use amoxicillin because they tolerate the taste better than the other. Other meds can be used when the patient has aa allergy.
