Weight loss: You need to have a healthy lifestyle, appropriate sleep and exercise, healthy eating. There is no exact amount of sleep but a good amount can be figured out. On a 2 week vacation, go to sleep at the same time every night, and set no alarm, by the end of the vacation, so long as you have good sleep, you will wake when your sleep need is met.
