Wouldn't eat it: in large amounts all by itself for any of them. Total calorie intake in a day is probably the really really bad feature. So, if you're 500 pounds but only use soy oil, you are going to have health problems. All are better than the basically indigestible transfats. None are especially healthy. Vitamin K is sky hi in soy high in olve. omega 3 high in soy
