Fried food: Canola is a good oil for frying however in general it is not healthy to fry fish or any other food it is much healthier to eat fish broiled. Fried food can raise your cholesterol and you could lose the benefit of eating fish.

Fried food: Food is good for you. Fried food is not as healthy as baked, or grilled. Some might argue that extra virgin olive oil is the best oil to use if frying is desired, rather than canola.
