Very effective: Depending on the site of the pain, usually acupuncture is very effective in pain relief. Usually a 'quick fix' for pain relief can be ear points located for needling..

Can be excellent: Depending on the type of pain, it can be excellent. However, chronic pain will require more treatments and will show slower results than acute pain & injuries. I treat many patients who have not responded to other modalities except for acupuncture.
